Rob Norris
Managing Partner
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and brings over 30 years of diverse experience in working with small to mid-sized businesses. As a former owner of multiple small businesses himself, Rob brings firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities his clients face—enabling him to deliver truly client-centered guidance.
His core strengths include business financial analysis, operational evaluation, strategic planning, business development, and navigating mergers and acquisitions. Rob takes pride in helping clients enhance profitability and maximize the value of their businesses and franchises.
When he's not working with clients, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, watching ECU games and playing golf.
Andrew Norris
Commercial Real Estate/ Business Broker
Andrew is a proud graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is committed to helping clients achieve their goals by applying the knowledge and expertise he has gained through both his education and hands-on industry experience. In addition to his background in business brokerage, Andrew holds a real estate license and specializes in commercial real estate transactions.
This dual expertise allows him to provide clients with comprehensive support—whether they are buying or selling a business, seeking investment opportunities, or navigating complex real estate deals. His goal is to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing pickleball and attending ECU sporting events.
